The Tabi + Castillo variety is a very well balanced coffee with a fragrance of caramel, vanilla and red fruits. Its aroma also holds notes of brown sugar. This coffee has a high citric acidity and a medium creamy body that fills the palate. It holds a lasting and persistent residual with notes of bitter chocolate.
