Colombia F2

The Colombia F52 variety is sourced from a microlot in Antioquia, Colombia. With only 5 trees producing this type of coffee, this creates a truly a unique cup.

The Colombia F2 variety is a coffee with intensity in its fragrance of chocolate and minor notes of milk. It features a pronounced, delicate and persistent flavour of red fruits. The juicy acidity fills the entire mouth and balances very well with its medium body. A short and delicate residue is left on the palate with each taste.

Process: Coffee goes through 24 hours of fermentation and is fully washed after depulping. It is then dried by the sun in a parabolic dryer.
