The F2 Colombian variety is a coffee with intensity in its fragrance of chocolate and minor notes of milk. It features a pronounced, delicate and persistent flavour of red fruits. The juicy acidity fills the entire mouth and balances very well with its medium body. Short and delicate residue is left on the palate with each taste.

Process: Coffee goes through 24 hours of fermentation and is fully washed after depulping. It is then dried by the sun in a parabolic dryer.
